Mikita & Lebachart entered the residency to start their artistic project. In partnership with the digital initiative I Love Senegal and the art gallery Kay Seenu, two private working spaces were dedicated to the artists.
With her project " The joy of life regained ", Myriem Tenfiche dite Mikita moved into our art space in the Kay Seenu gallery, in partnership has the ambition to make feel her wonder of a post-covid life inspired by the colours and scenes of the capital of Dakar.
El Bachir Diouf, known as Lebachart, with his project entitled "Wakh xa guiss" (Say what I see), wishes to question the crisis of values that the world is going through by using the mirror of an aquatic fauna revealing our failings.
