SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

The satisfaction of our customers is our priority.

 

As buying art is not easy, you have 15 days to retract and request a refund.

At Jëndalma Art & Design, you also have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and exchange your work with another at the same price in our online gallery.

Exchange conditions within 30 days

 

Works delivered to non-professional natural persons may be exchanged within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

They must be returned intact, complete, packed in their original packaging.

Damaged, spoiled or soiled, incomplete works will not be taken back. Any product returned in this condition will remain available to the customer in the premises of Jëndalma Art & Design.

Any return remains the responsibility of the buyer and is carried out at his own risk. Jëndalma Art & Design will not be held responsible for any loss or otherwise.

The conditions for withdrawal within 15 days

Works delivered to non-professional natural persons may be reimbursed within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of receipt without having to justify any reasons or pay a penalty. They must be returned intact, complete, packed in their original packaging.

Damaged, spoiled or soiled, incomplete works will not be taken back. Any product returned in this condition will remain available to the customer at Jendalma's premises.

Any return remains the responsibility of the buyer and is carried out at his own risk. Jendalma will not be held responsible for any loss or otherwise.

Returns "postage paid by the recipient" or against reimbursement are refused.

All returns must be made to the address indicated on the invoice.

In the event of withdrawal, Jëndalma Art & Design will reimburse the buyer for the sums as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days of receipt of the works.

​

The refund will be made via the payment method for the returned order:

- either the refund will be made to the account attached to the valid bank payment card;

- either the refund will be made to the valid Paypal account.

​

In the event of failure of previous reimbursements, reimbursement will be made by letter check only if the billing address is in France.

​

No order cancellation will be accepted without the agreement of Jëndalma Art & Design.
