INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Deliveries are made worldwide to the address indicated on the order form. In Senegal, your orders are made available in our Artist Workshop located in Les Mamelles (Dakar).

In the case of countries not listed in the geographical areas described below, we invite you to contact us by email to determine if we can organize a specific delivery.

We spare no effort to ensure that your works are delivered quickly, protected and secured by us and our partners.

​

Delivery times are only indicative; if these exceed thirty days from the order (or from the end of an exhibition in progress if the work is part of it), the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed.

Depending on your delivery area, these deadlines may be extended in the event of events beyond our control.

Delivery charges : charges are calculated based on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. The costs are indicated to you at the time of your order.

Delivery times: thanks to our logistics platform in France, our times are optimized for Europe and North America .

European Union: 10 to 15 days

Metropolitan France : 10 to 15 days

France (outside mainland): 15 to 20 days

North America: 15 to 20 days

Africa : 15 to 30 days

Asia & Oceania : 15 to 30 days

Delivery tracking:

You receive an email mentioning the tracking number of your package and the carrier responsible for delivering it. You can follow the steps of the routing with the link of the specialized service.
